Why didn't I receive the SMS code after login?
In rare cases, there may be delays in receiving SMS codes, which are usually due to network issues on the part of the mobile carrier. The SMS code does not work outside of Switzerland.
The text message is generally sent immediately after an attempted login. As an alternative, we recommend using an authenticator app, which is available for free in the Apple Store or Google Play Store and generates access codes at any time.
The authenticator app is a reliable solution, especially during extended stays abroad.
