What is the purpose of the authorisation groups?
Permission groups help you to control specific functions and access within your Business Account. For example, a user can only pay invoices if the “Pay” permission is activated in their permission group.
Important information:
- Groups can be created and edited in the Business Account settings.
- Clicking on the name of the permission group takes you to the settings where you can adjust permissions and add members.
Note: Permission groups are not linked to the distribution groups for mail distribution.
Distribution groups: control which employees documents are distributed to.
Permission groups: control which functions an employee is allowed to use in the account.
