With mail distribution, you can distribute company mail digitally to different distribution groups.
Documents can be distributed to distribution groups and/or individual persons. This means that only those people who are supposed to edit the document have access to it. If mail distribution is not active, all persons who have access to the account also have access to all documents. With mail distribution, you have the option of setting authorization groups.
If you upload a document directly to the PEAX platform, this document is automatically assigned to the person who uploaded the document.
The mail is first distributed to the respective groups/persons in the "Distribute" tab. In the "Assign" tab, the documents are finally assigned to the groups / persons and end up in the mailboxes of the respective groups / persons.
Employees have the option of rejecting documents if they have been distributed incorrectly.
