I am moving house and would like to continue receiving mail digitally. What do I need to do?

When you move, you need to deactivate the current mail redirection and activate a redirection to the new home address.

You need to do two things first:

1. You need to tell us your new address so that we know it. You can do this directly in your “Profile” via “Change of address”. We will then check and adjust the address.

2. Your new home address must be known to Swiss Post. This means that you have already received mail at this address in the past or you notify Swiss Post of the new address in advance. 

Optionally, we recommend that you set up a forwarding order with Swiss Post so that mail from your old address is forwarded to your new address. You can find more information about forwarding orders here.

As soon as you have notified us and the post office of your new address, you can activate the new mail forwarding to PEAX in your profile. 

Important: Your name must be written on the letterbox at your new home address. Otherwise the redirection to PEAX will not work.
