How can I download a bank statement?

To keep track of your payments and transactions at all times, you can evaluate all transactions via a bank statement in Excel format. This allows you to filter and analyze your data in a targeted manner, regardless of how many accounts or invoices you manage in the portal.

Navigate to the transaction account
Click on “Banks” in the menu and then select your transaction account.

Download account statement
In the top right-hand corner, you will find the “Download account statement” function. Select the desired date or period and generate the Excel file with all relevant transactions.

Filter by debit account
In Excel, you can use the “Debit Account” field to display all entries for a specific account. This is particularly useful if you have linked several bank accounts.

Additional filter options
In Excel, you can also filter by date, amount, or booking text to sort and evaluate your transactions even more clearly.

What information is read?

The downloaded file contains all the important data for a transparent evaluation

Value date – Date of the transaction
Outward – Outgoing payments
Inward – Incoming payments
Balance – Account balance after posting
Booking Text – Transaction posting text
Beneficiary – Recipient or payer
Debit Account – Debited account
Document ID – Assignment to PEAX document ID

This method allows you to maintain a complete overview of your payments at all times, perform targeted analyses, and use the data for accounting or reporting purposes.
