Will my mail arrive without delay?
Yes. Automatic mail redirection does not usually cause any additional delivery delays.
As soon as a letter is processed at the postal distribution center and an active redirection to PEAX is detected, the item is automatically sorted and forwarded directly to the appropriate scanning center. This means that the item does not go through any additional delivery steps to your physical address.
Incoming mail is processed, scanned, and made available digitally in the PEAX portal on the same day at the scanning center. Digitization and delivery take place daily from Monday to Friday.
Please note that no processing takes place on public holidays. Items that arrive on these days will be processed and made available in the portal on the next regular working day.
