What happens to documents sent to the PEAX Box email address?

In addition to physical mail, PEAX also offers the option of receiving digital documents directly in your portal. These digital documents are processed via the PEAX Box email address, among other channels.

The PEAX Box email address is your personal, secure email address to which digital documents are sent directly to the PEAX portal – including attachments. This allows you to access invoices, contracts, or other documents digitally without having to scan them or send them by physical mail.

For example, you can set up auto-forwarding to your “invoice@company.ch.” Then all documents will be automatically delivered to the PEAX Box without you having to use the drag & drop function.

The documents are immediately available in the portal for viewing, editing, and filing, just like physical scans. This allows you to bundle all digital entries directly and maintain control over your documents.
