Why does my storage space show as full even though I’ve deleted documents?
It may happen that your storage space still shows as full even after you've deleted documents. This is because deleted files are still technically being processed and marked for storage management before the storage space is released.
How does storage release work?
- Documents in the trash are still stored in your account and therefore count toward your storage space.
- Permanently deleted documents are retained in the background for a short technical processing period before the storage space is automatically released.
