What shipping method will be used to forward my letter?

When is mail forwarded via A-Post Plus?
If a letter was originally received by our scanning center via registered mail or A-Post Plus, it will be sent to you via A-Post Plus in the event of physical forwarding.

What happens with regular A and B Mail shipments?
If a letter was originally received by our scanning center via A Mail or B Mail, it will be sent to you via regular A Mail when physically forwarded.

The shipping method cannot be changed on an individual basis.

Track Your Shipment
You can find the Swiss Post tracking number in your document history. You can use this to track your physical shipment with Swiss Post.

No Additional Costs
There is no additional fee for forwarding via A-Post Plus. You’ll only be charged the regular costs for the physical forwarding service you ordered.
