You can order scanned documents in their original form directly via the PEAX platform. The “Order original” button is located to the right of the opened document.
If the “Order original” button is not visible, it means that the document was either automatically forwarded to your registered address by the scanning center or that the 30-day ordering period has already expired.
In the document history, the following note will appear in case of an automatic forwarding:
“The original document was automatically forwarded to your address.”
Original documents are sent by A-Post within 2–3 business days after digital delivery.
After 30 days, physical documents are professionally destroyed and can no longer be ordered.
