What do I need to bear in mind with mail forwarding? How can I activate it?

Mail forwarding can be activated directly in the PEAX portal (Profile -> Mail forwarding). The prerequisites are that you have ID level 2, a paid subscription, your Swiss Post residential or organizational address is known and your letterbox is correctly labeled.

Please notify us of any changes of address at support@peax.ch or do this directly in the portal (Profile -> Personal data -> Change of address).

Please note that mail forwarding can only be activated for the person in whose name the PEAX account is registered. Other people in the household can no longer be included and require their own account.

Important: Non-scannable mail will be sent to your home or organization address. You must ensure that you can receive mail at this address. This means that your letterbox must be correctly labeled and managed.
