      I'm moving home and changing my residential address. What happens with PEAX?

      You can change your address in your «Profile». on the portal. If you have activated mail forwarding in PEAX, you’ll need to deactivate it and set up a new mail forwarding order to your new home address.


      NB:       We recommend the following to ensure that you receive all future mail in PEAX after your move: 

      1. Notify Swiss Post of your change of address. We also recommend setting up mail forwarding. This will automatically deactivate PEAX mail forwarding.
      2. Then notify PEAX of your change of address in your «Profile» via «Change of address». We will check and change your address.
      3. Once we have entered the new address, you will be able to reactivate mail forwarding (for your new address).
