You must activate mail forwarding in the PEAX portal in the «Profile» under «Mail Forwarding». We will then activate mail forwarding via PEAX and deactivate your previous mail forwarding.
Please note that mail forwarding can only be activated for the person holding the PEAX account. Other people in the household can no longer be included and need their own account. If you included other people in the mail forwarding, this must be deactivated for these people. They now need their own PEAX account.
