How does the interface with Bexio work?

To help you understand how PEAX and Bexio work together, here is an overview of how the interface works. You will learn what data is transferred, how the exchange works, and what you should pay attention to when using it.

The interface with Bexio allows you to automatically transfer invoices from your business account to Bexio. The PDF of the invoice and the metadata are transferred.

Once they arrive in PEAX, your invoices are automatically transferred to Bexio. Transferred documents are moved from open to paid invoices. This is a sign that everything has been taken care of for you in PEAX. Now go to Bexio to complete the remaining details and pay the invoice. Once you have integrated PEAX with Bexio, you should not make payments in PEAX – we cannot automatically update the payment information in Bexio.
