How does identity verification work?

To start identity verification, go to Profile > Verify Yourself in your PEAX account.

You’ll then see a QR code. Scan it with your smartphone. You’ll be automatically redirected to our verification partner, PXL Vision.

Verification takes place directly in your browser; you don’t need to install any additional apps. PXL Vision will guide you step by step through the verification process. During this process, your ID document will be checked, and your identity will be confirmed using a short selfie video.

Have a valid ID document ready and follow the instructions on your smartphone.

Once verification is complete, your verification status in PEAX will be updated accordingly.
