How do I return/reject a document?
Sometimes a document is accidentally distributed to you. In such cases, you can simply reject it so that the mail distributor or the person responsible can correct the assignment.
Here's how it works:
Open the document in question and select the “Reject” action.
You can optionally specify a reason for the rejection.
The rejected document is displayed again in the mail distribution area with its status and message so that the mail distributor can check and adjust the assignment.
This feature helps to ensure that documents are always assigned to the right people and that the mail distribution overview remains clear.
