Can I have multiple addresses (branch office) redirected for a company?
Yes, in principle, multiple locations can be entered in a Business Account. However, this is only possible if they are actually official branches of the company.
An additional address can only be stored in the account if it is registered in Zefix as a branch of the company. The information in the business account must match the official entries.
Important to note:
If a location has its own UID number, it is legally considered an independent company. In this case, the location cannot be managed via the same business account. A separate business account must be created and managed independently for this company.
Please also ensure that the address and company name are correctly labeled at the respective location so that mail delivery and any redirections function smoothly.
Each additional redirected address costs a one-time fee of CHF 15.00 excluding VAT.
