How do I activate mail forwarding?

Here you will find all the information you need to successfully activate mail forwarding in your PEAX account. We explain how the address is verified, what you need to pay attention to, and what to do if the forwarding does not work immediately.

You can activate mail forwarding directly in the PEAX portal:

- Go to Profile > Mail Forwarding and activate your forwarding.

- Your address will be automatically verified with Swiss Post.

- Make sure that the correct address is entered so that mail forwarding works smoothly.

How is my address verified?

Swiss Post checks the details and automatically adds any missing information. Among other things, the address is checked in real time and typos are automatically corrected.

Errors during verification

If the address you entered cannot be verified, please check:

✅ You have already moved to the new address.

✅ The address is registered with the postal service.

✅ The house mailbox is labeled correctly.

If the mail forwarding cannot be activated despite the information being correct, there may be various reasons for this. In this case, please contact support@peax.ch – we will be happy to help you.

Important: Please note that mail forwarding can only be activated for the person named on the PEAX account. Other people in the household cannot be included and will need their own account.
