Why wasn’t my invoice fully processed?
In most cases, invoices are automatically recognized and the relevant information is extracted (capturing). However, it can happen that certain details are missing or that an invoice isn’t fully recognized.
This is often related to the document’s format or structure. Non-standard layouts, unusual structures, or illegible content can prevent the capturing process from working properly.
What can you do in this case?
To investigate the issue, we need the following information:
We review each reported case individually. However, depending on the document, certain content may not be readable by the system, especially if the format deviates significantly from the standard.

- Document ID (found on the right in the document properties)
- Description of which information was not read correctly
- Screenshot of the document properties in PEAX
