Why isn't my activation code working?
Make sure you enter the activation code exactly as it appears and don't confuse it with the two-factor authentication code (via SMS or authenticator app).
After successfully logging in with your email address, password, and two-factor code, you can enter the activation code directly in the cockpit of your PEAX account to fully activate your account.
