When will my documents be scanned? When will they be available on PEAX?

As soon as your mail arrives at the scanning center, it will be included in the regular processing workflow and digitized. The goal is to process incoming mail as quickly as possible and make it available to you in the PEAX portal.

Mail is scanned daily from Monday to Friday. This means that items are usually processed and made available in the PEAX portal on the same day they arrive at the scanning center.

Once the documents have been scanned and made available in the portal, you will receive a notification by email. This is usually sent between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

To ensure that the process runs smoothly, it is important that the recipient's address is entered correctly and in full. This is the only way to ensure that the mail can be automatically recognized at the distribution center and clearly assigned to your PEAX account. If an address is unclear, incomplete, or written differently, an additional manual check may be necessary. In such cases, there may be slight delays in processing.

In rare cases, shipments may arrive at the scanning center later than expected. This depends on the internal sorting and transport processes of the postal service. As a result, delivery to the portal may be delayed accordingly.

As soon as your mail has arrived at the scanning center and can be clearly assigned, it will be digitized as quickly as possible and made available in the PEAX portal.
