What happens to documents assigned to people who no longer have access to the business account?

When a person is removed from the business account or their PEAX account is deactivated, they lose access to the account and all documents in the business account.

To ensure that no documents become completely inaccessible, the last active person in a distribution group cannot be removed. This ensures that at least one person always has access to the documents.

If a person deactivates their account, some documents may temporarily be invisible to everyone. In the future, there will be a specific right that makes all documents accessible to authorized persons—except for confidential or personal documents. This feature will be introduced at a later date.

Recommendation: Documents should always be distributed to groups. This ensures that access is maintained even if individual persons leave the group.
