How do I archive my documents?
With PEAX, you can store your documents quickly, securely, and clearly - without the need for traditional folder structures. Instead of fixed folders, PEAX uses a dynamic tag system that offers you maximum flexibility when organizing your documents.
Organize documents with tags
You can tag documents with appropriate tags, which function like customizable folders. This allows you to find your documents in seconds, no matter how many documents are stored in the portal.
Customize tags: Go to the “Settings” area and open the “Tags” tab. There you can create or change your tags at any time according to your needs.
Quick access: Archived documents can be found in the “Filing” section, where you can filter and sort them by tags, date, or other criteria.
Invoices in the filing system
Invoices are not filed directly. Instead, you use the “Mark invoice as paid” function to move them to the filing system. This ensures that your invoices are correctly recorded and easy to find.
