How do I obtain an activation code?
Once you have requested your activation code in the PEAX portal (under Profile > Activation code), it will be sent to your registered address by post.
For ID Level 1, shipping is by first-class mail, and for ID Level 2, it is by registered mail. Make sure you have provided your current and correct residential address during registration so that delivery goes smoothly.
