Why has my bank account not been activated yet?

There are various reasons why a bank account has not yet been activated by PEAX. 

Possible reasons:

• You haven’t sent the form (LSV+ or BDD) to your bank yet.
• The form hasn’t been checked by your bank yet.
• The form hasn’t been accepted by your bank.
• The form hasn’t been forwarded on by your bank to PEAX for activation yet.
• The account holder and PEAX account holder do not match.
