Why has my bank account not been activated yet?

If your bank account has not yet been activated in PEAX, there may be several reasons for this. It is often related to the direct debit authorization process (LSV+ or BDD form) or the reconciliation of account holders.

Possible causes in detail:

You have not yet sent the form to your bank.

The form has not yet been checked by your bank.

The bank has not accepted the form.

The bank has not yet forwarded the form to PEAX for activation.

The details of the bank account holder and PEAX account holder do not match.
