What happens if I activate other services at Swiss Post?

If you activate other services (e.g. redirections) directly with Swiss Post, this may affect the existing mail redirection via PEAX.

For example, if you activate the “Retain mail” postal service, the existing mail forwarding will be deactivated.

We therefore recommend that you clarify the effects on the existing mail redirection with Swiss Post in advance.
