How quickly are the documents transmitted?

When transmitting the documents, we differentiate between:

• One-off initial transmission when the interface is activated
  If the interface is activated, all documents from the start date to today are transmitted once. Depending on the number of documents, this process can take a certain amount of time. You can use your PEAX portal without restrictions during this time. As soon as the initial transfer is complete, it will be displayed in the transfer activities.

• Transmission after receipt of a document or after updating a document
  The transmission after receipt of a document or after updating your documents (change of metadata etc.) is initiated immediately. As soon as the third-party system has collected the documents, they are available to you in the third-party system.
