How do I delete my account?

You can deactivate your account at any time if the following conditions are met:

• No active mail redirecting
• No pending payments
• No credit in transaction account

You can deactivate the account in the «Profile» under «Settings» via «Deactivate account».

In deactivated status, the account will be deleted after 30 days.

If you like to delete your business account, please contact us at support@peax.ch. Make sure that the above criteria are fulfilled and that you have administrator rights.
