How do I deactivate or cancel an app integration?

In the detailed view of the settings for the respective app integration, you can deactivate the app integration via the DEACTIVATE button. Define the date from which you no longer want to use the interface and confirm your entry. Documents will continue to be transmitted via the interface until the defined date.

Once the deactivation date has been reached, the connection to the third-party system will be terminated and no more documents will be transmitted. The costs for the remaining subscription period will not be refunded.
