Can I cancel notification emails?

Privat Account

Under “Settings,” you can choose whether you want to receive daily or weekly notifications. This ensures that you are always informed about new mail.

Business Account

It is not possible to unsubscribe from notifications in a Business Account, and the frequency cannot be adjusted.

➡️  You will receive a notification email as soon as new mail arrives or there are unread items in your PEAX Portal.

➡️  Additionally, you can filter for unread documents to see at a glance which items you haven’t opened yet.

Controlling Notifications via Administrators

In the Business Account, users who belong to the Administrators group can be notified via the notification system. This allows you to specifically control who is notified about new documents and notifications.

➡️  Under “Settings > Permission Groups > Administrators,” you can check the box.
