How can I withdraw money from my transaction account?

Withdraw your balance directly

1. In your PEAX account, click on “Banking.”

2. Select “Transaction Account.”

3. Click “Withdraw Balance.”

4. Follow the remaining steps to withdraw your balance.

Alternative: Withdraw Balance via an Invoice

If a direct withdrawal isn’t possible, you can also transfer your remaining balance to your own bank account via an invoice:

1. Upload a blank document to your PEAX account.

2. Classify the document as an invoice.

3. Enter the amount of your remaining balance.

4. Specify yourself or your own bank account as the recipient.

5. Pay the invoice using your transaction account.

Before permanently closing your account, please ensure that:

• there are no pending payments remaining.

• you continue to check your inbox in the coming days, as you may still receive a mailing.

• you have downloaded all necessary documents.

• Download all documents (You can download all your documents at once. To do so, go to “Settings” and scroll all the way to the bottom. There you’ll find the option “Download all documents.”)

Important: Before permanently closing your account, check that your transaction account has no outstanding balance and no pending payments.
