What to do if an invoice has not been transferred to Bexio?

If an invoice has not been transferred to Bexio, you can quickly check the reason yourself. In PEAX, there are several places where you can view the transfer status and find incorrect invoices.

You can find the transmission status and activities in the document history. In addition, you have the option of applying the filter All untransmitted invoices in the paid invoices. An error occurred during the transmission of these invoices. Click on Transmit in the task bar to start a new transmission attempt.
