How long does it take for invoices to be recognized and all payment information to be captured?
Once an invoice has been scanned into the PEAX portal, the capturing process begins automatically, during which all relevant data is extracted from the document. This includes, for example, the invoice number, amount, due date, and payment information.
Depending on the type and complexity of the invoice, the process can take up to 5 minutes.
During processing, you will see a moving magnifying glass below the document, indicating that the capturing process is still running. Once the magnifying glass disappears, all data has been captured and the invoice is ready for processing.
