How long does it take for the mail forwarding to be activated?

Generally, mail forwarding is activated within 24 hours. In exceptional cases, it may take Swiss Post up to four working days for the mail forwarding service to be finally activated. If your mail is still physically arriving a week after mail forwarding has been activated, please contact support@peax.ch.
