How far back can I activate the Topal integration?

The following requirements apply:

- Existing peax account: The integration can be activated retroactively for up to one year, provided your peax account already existed at that time.

- New peax account: If your peax account has not been active for a full year yet, the interface can be set up no earlier than the activation date of your peax account.

Important: Take into account fiscal years or quarters that have already been closed

Before you activate the interface retroactively, you should check whether any fiscal years or quarters have already been closed during the desired time period.

This information is not visible in peax and must be checked directly in your Topal accounting software. Take the closed accounting periods into account when selecting the retroactive start date.

Important: Identical start date in peax and Topal

When activating the interface, make sure to enter the same start date in peax that you used when setting up the interface in Topal. Both dates must match so that the data transfer can be set up correctly.
