How can I edit documents with the PDF Editor?

With the PDF Editor, you can edit your documents directly and customize the pages to suit your needs. You can add or delete pages, reorder them, or extract individual pages as a new document.

How can I edit pages?

1. Open the desired document.

2. Click the navigation icon with the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner to open the page overview.

3. Right-click the page you want to edit.

4. Select the desired action from the context menu.

The following options are available:

Move page: Change the order of the pages within the document.

Add PDF: Add another PDF file to the existing document.

Split/Extract Page: Create a new, separate document from the selected page.

Rotate Page: Rotate the selected page to the desired orientation.

Delete Page: Remove the selected page from the document.

What happens when I split/extract a page?

When you extract a page, a new document is automatically created from it. The extracted page remains as a separate document. In the document history on the right, you can see that a page has been extracted from the original document.

Important: The newly created document is not automatically deleted from the original document when you extract it. If you no longer need it, you must delete it manually afterward. The separation/extraction is recorded in the document history of the original document.
