How are contacts transferred to Bexio?

To help you understand how PEAX handles your contacts in Bexio, here is an overview of contact transfer. This will give you a quick idea of how contact information from invoices is processed and how PEAX decides which contact an invoice is assigned to.

Our capturing system reads the contact information from the invoices and connects it to your existing contacts in Bexio. If we cannot find a matching contact, we create the invoice with the contact “PEAXDEFAULT.” You can contribute to good data quality by actively maintaining your contacts in Bexio.
