Can I upload documents to Topal retroactively?

Yes, documents can generally be uploaded to Topal retroactively. When you activate the app integration with Topal, you can set the start date for the upload to a date in the past. This ensures that existing documents are also transferred to Topal.

Important Notes

  • Retroactive uploads are possible for up to one year.
  • The earliest possible start date corresponds to the start of your PEAX subscription, as no documents exist in the system prior to that.
In practice, this means: If you activate the integration today, for example, you can easily set the transfer to an earlier date, provided it falls within the permitted timeframe.
