Can I set up a forwarding address for non-scannable mail?
No, that is not possible. Non-scannable mail will continue to be delivered to your home or business address. For companies with multiple branches, physical delivery will be made to the main address on file.
Even if mail forwarding is activated, it is important to empty the mailbox at your home or business address regularly. Only mail items that are addressed exactly to the personal or business address stored in your PEAX profile will be forwarded. Items with a different address will remain physically at their original location.
