Business Account: How can I change my address?

1. Provide your new address
Go to “Change of Address” in your profile and enter your new business address.

2. Verify company information (Commercial Register)
If your company is registered in the Commercial Register, the address change must already have been officially recorded there. 

3. Notify Swiss Post of the address
Please ensure that your new business address is already registered with Swiss Post so that mail can be delivered correctly.

4. Set up a mail forwarding order with Swiss Post (recommended)
Set up a mail forwarding order with Swiss Post so that mail is forwarded from your old address to your new one. You can find more information here.
➡️  Without a mail forwarding order, mail sent to your old address may no longer be delivered and will be returned to the sender.

5. Important notes on mail delivery
Make sure your mailbox is visible at your new address; otherwise, mail forwarding will not work. 

➡️  Please remember to inform all senders of your new address before your mail forwarding order expires.
